The Lamb of God

This Easter, I pray that you all will realize once again that forgiveness and salvation is only through Jesus Christ and the blood that He shed for us.  When we take communion at church we often dwell on the forgiveness aspect but there is also the celebration aspect.  In Luke 22:18 Jesus says that the communion/passover meal will find fulfillment in the Kingdom of God and we know from the book of Hebrews chapter 9 that Jesus is the living sacrifice who offered His blood once and for all and all who come to Jesus for forgiveness indeed have forgiveness through Him.  This is something to be thankful for and celebrated.  This Sunday we are sharing communion and I will be talking a bit about the passover meal.  The “Thriving Family” magazine by focus on the family has a great article on the passover meal and you would do well to read it.  See you on Easter Sunday!

Welcome to Delisle Community Chapel.  Our church gathering is informal and filled with sharing and prayer and we encounter Jesus Christ in community and see Him transform our lives.  We encounter Jesus by being captured by His love, consumed by the Holy Spirit and compelled to truly live and share.  Our Church Service is at 10:45 am. every Sunday Morning.   We hope that you will encounter Jesus and if it is together with us, Great!
